Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the needs of our organization. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms. Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications effectively. Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
