Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team, focusing on both IT and Non-IT recruitment in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Responsibilities Source, screen, and handle client mandate requirements on IT and Non-IT positions Collaborate with Team Leads to understand their recruitment needs Client anchorage, On-time delivery and closure of positions. Conduct reference checks and background verification for candidates Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes Strong organizational and time management . Job Location: T. Nagar, Chennai Any Graduate or PG with minimum 6 months to 2 years of strong experience in hiring IT & Non IT skills to cater the requirements of our business clients with good communication skills.
