Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a passion for helping clients find their dream properties, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about properties. Assist clients in negotiating offers and closing deals. Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information. Prepare and present property listings using various marketing channels. Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. Skills and Qualifications 3-12 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in property management software and CRM systems. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations in India. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
