Job Description

JSW One Platform is looking for anHR Compliance professionalto manage end-to-end statutory compliances and payroll-related obligations for on-roll and off-roll employees. The role will ensure100% statutory adherence, accurate record-keeping, and timely filings across applicable labour laws. This role requires strong hands-on experience withPF, ESIC, payroll compliance, and statutory audits, with high attention to detail and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory & Payroll Compliance

  • ManageProvident Fund (PF)processes including monthly filings, challans, returns, and reconciliations.
  • HandleESICregistrations, contributions, filings, and employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance related topayroll processing, deductions, statutory contributions, and timely remittances.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal finance teams for accurate statutory payouts.

Statutory Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update allstatutory registers, records, and returnsunder applicable labour laws.
  • Ensure proper documentation forPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation for audits and inspections.

Compliance Monitoring & Audits

  • Track statutory timelines and ensurezero delays or non-compliance.
  • Supportinternal and external audits, labour inspections, and statutory assessments.
  • Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and vendors for compliance closure and reporting.

Employee & Stakeholder Support

  • Address employee queries related toPF, ESIC, payroll deductions, and statutory benefits.
  • Work closely withHR Operations, Finance, and Legalteams to ensure seamless compliance delivery.
  • Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation.

Key Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experiencein HR Compliance / Payroll Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience inPF filing, ESIC, payroll compliance, and statutory record management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws includingPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and CLRA.
  • Experience working withHRMS / Payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with high compliance orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple statutory deadlines independently.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate or MBA (HR preferred).
