HR Compliance Executive / Compliance Officer

Location: Mumbai HO

Experience: 6-7 Years

Industry:

Preference: From Compliance agency

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure timely and accurate HR

Project

external compliance partners

government departments, auditors, and external agencies

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

m

Minimum Wages

CAR (Contractor’s All Risk) & Employee Insurance

Employee Compensation policies

licenses, registration certificates.

Required Skills

· Sound understanding of Labour laws, contractor compliance, and statutory requirements.

· Good coordination and communication skills letter drafting.

· Experience in handling audits and compliance documentation.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, dashboards).

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

· Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate or specialization in HR/Compliance preferred).

· 5–7 years of relevant experience in compliance roles (industry-specific experience preferred).
