Site Supervisor Facade

Purpose of This Role: -

Major Responsibilities: -

·  Supervise daily façade installation activities on site.

l Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for façade work.

l Review and interpret technical drawings and installation details.

l Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

l Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at the site.

l Maintain site documentation including work progress, inspection reports, and material deliveries.

l Liaise with consultants, main contractor, and design team for inspections and approvals.

l Report daily progress to the Project Manager and flag potential delays or issues.

l Support in the planning and sequencing of façade work to meet deadlines.

l Conduct toolbox talks and site briefings as required.

l Handle site logistics related to façade materials and equipment.

Education, Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering./ Diploma in Civil Engineering

· 4-6 years’ experience as site incharge in Facades Industry
