HR Compliance Executive

As an HR Compliance Executive, your role involves ensuring that our company's HR policies and practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies. Your key responsibilities include: - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies - Assisting in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures - Conducting regular audits of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation - Coordinating with legal or regulatory bodies during audits or inspections - Ensuring timely submission of statutory reports (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) - Handling employee grievances related to compliance or workplace policies - Supporting internal investigations regarding code of conduct violations or policy breaches - Training HR team members and employees on compliance-related matters - Maintaining accurate records of all compliance-related activities To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in HR compliance, labor law, or HR operations - A strong understanding of employment laws and HR regulations - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and documentation skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality - Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
