Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/order support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and politely with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person Handle customer complaints related to products, services, or orders Track, follow up, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability Process returns, exchanges, or refunds as per company policy Document customer interactions and feedback in the system Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, delivery, or technical) to resolve issues Maintain a positive attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction Requirements: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred) Excellent communication and listening skills Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset Ability to handle difficult or upset customers professionally Good computer skills and ability to use customer service software or CRM systems High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) Ability to work in a team and stay calm under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9310164954
