Debt Recovery Agents

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for overdue payments
  
• Contact customers to remind them of outstanding debts
  
• Explain outstanding amounts, repayment terms, and settlement options
  
• Negotiate and finalize payment plans as per company guidelines
  
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and recovery status updates
  
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve monthly targets
  
• Ensure compliance with

  RBI recovery guidelines

  and company policies
• Deliver customer-centric communication while handling objections politely
  
• Escalate critical cases to senior recovery officers when required
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
  
• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
  
• Experience in

  Collections / Recovery / BPO Collections

  preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
  

• Mandatory: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification

  as per RBI/NACH guidelines

Skills Required

• Excellent Hindi communication; basic English preferred
  
• Strong persuasion, negotiation & objection-handling skills
  
• Ability to work under target-oriented environments
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  
• Knowledge of collections or recovery processes is an added advantage
  

Shift Details

• Male Candidates:

  Rotational Shifts

• Female Candidates:

  Day Shift

Salary

• Freshers:

  Up to 20,000 per month

• Experienced:

  Up to 30,000 per month
• Incentives based on recoveries + additional benefits
  

Working Days

• 6 Days Working
  
• 1 Rotational Week Off
