Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Trivandrum. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will manage customer interactions across various communication channels, support sales operations, and maintain a high standard of customer service excellence. The role may also involve assisting with product information and coordinating with other departments for effective resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Sales and collaboration with sales teams is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and related tools is an advantage
