Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, providing product information, and promoting sales. Key tasks include maintaining the store's visual appearance, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience with a focus on sales
• Basic knowledge of merchandising, visual display, and inventory management
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/retail management is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in fashion or lifestyle retail, is an added advantage
