Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Chennai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through identifying customer needs, presenting suitable insurance products, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting with potential customers, explaining product offerings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of financial products and life insurance solutions, with a willingness to learn about the company's offerings
• Organizational and time management skills for maintaining sales documentation and schedules
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Should have work experience in chennai
• Minimum 1 year and maximum upto 3 year experience can apply
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
