Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing and screening Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and social media) to identify and attract top talent Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to offer Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and hiring metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Passion for building strong teams and fostering a great workplace culture
