Role Overview

Were seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep experience in IT recruitment to spearhead full-cycle hiring for roles including Java, .NET, C, FullStack, Mainframe Technologies, Control M and other schedulers, Oracle DBA, Oracle Developer, Golang, Kafka Administrator and emerging GenAI engineers. Youll partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier technical talent. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and tech leads to understand requirements for roles like Java, .NET, C, FullStack, and GenAI Engineer.  
  • Create compelling JDs and technical-screening questions tailored per role .  
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri ,Indeed, GitHub, StackOverflow, tech communities, and niche job boards.  
  • Conduct technical screenings (resume review, phone/virtual interviews, coding assessments) .  
  • Coordinate with hiring teams to arrange technical interviews, system-design rounds, and PA assessments.  
  • Handle offer negotiation and ensure seamless candidate onboarding.  
  • Maintain and update ATS with candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and offer data .  
  • Build a technical talent pipeline for critical roles, incl. passive candidates and future needs.  
  • Represent the employer brand at Chennai tech job fairs, meetups, and campus events.  
  • Track recruitment metrics (timetofill, source quality, conversion rates) to drive continuous improvement. 

MustHave Skills & Experience 

  • 36 years of experience in IT recruitment full-cycle (corporate or agency).  
  • Proven ability recruiting for technical roles. 
  • Strong technical screening ability (understand codebase, stack & architecture).  
  • Experience sourcing from niche tech platforms Naukri, Indeed,Linkedin (StackOverflow, GitHub), and via Boolean search .  
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment analytics.  
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.  
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles across technical domains.  
  • Bachelors in HR, Business, Engineering or equivalent.  
  • Bonus: HR/Recruitment certification (e.g., PHR, SHRMCP, LinkedIn). 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Exposure to hiring GenAI / AI/ML engineers.  
  • Understanding of coding frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot, React, Azure/AWS).  
  • Active participation in Chennai tech meetups or campus technical recruiting.
