Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst. Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chokhi Dhani 5, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise staff to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback to improve menu offerings and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
