About Us

We are an AI-driven SaaS company focused on transforming transparency in the venture ecosystem. Our platform streamlines compliance and investor communication, enabling startups to raise capital efficiently and scale globally with confidence and clarity.

We are looking for a Venture Capital Associate to lead our fundraising outreach and develop strong relationships within the startup and venture capital ecosystem. This is a strategic, high-impact role working closely with the founding team to shape capital strategy and drive early investment momentum across our pre-seed and seed rounds.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic fund partners.
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and narratives that clearly communicate our value to investors.
  • Create, refine, and manage investor-facing materials including pitch decks, data summaries, and progress updates.
  • Lead the end-to-end fundraising process: outreach, meetings, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
  • Establish and manage a structured investor pipeline and follow-up system.
  • Work directly with founders on capital allocation strategy, funding timelines, and valuation positioning.
  • Monitor venture market dynamics, industry funding trends, and competitive fundraising activity.



Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, startup fundraising, finance, private equity, or related capital markets.
  • Demonstrated success in securing funding or managing investor relationships.
  • Strong insight into the VC ecosystem, early-stage investment evaluation, and startup financial frameworks.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a lean, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strategic thinker driven by long-term value creation and measurable outcomes.



Requirements:

  • Familiarity with venture capital networks, deal sourcing, and investment decision processes.
  • Ability to translate financial and product details into compelling investor narratives.
  • High sense of ownership, discipline, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication ability.



Compensation:

  • Performance-based: 3% commission on total funds successfully raised.
  • Outstanding contributors may be considered for future equity and strategic leadership roles.
