Job Overview And Responsibilities The Associate Specialist – Marketing Automation will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and help streamline marketing operations by leveraging platforms like Account engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce. The role involves assisting in building automation workflows, personalizing email communications, maintaining data integrity, and supporting analytics. This position requires attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset to help improve campaign efficiency and performance. Execute B2B marketing campaigns, especially email campaigns and automation journeys, using Account Engagement. Support the creation and testing of marketing assets such as emails, forms, and landing pages using knowledge of HTML/CSS and dynamic content. Help monitor and analyze marketing performance data (traffic, conversions, A/B tests), and contribute to reporting insights. Collaborate with United for Business Marketing, Design, and cross-functional teams to execute impactful global and regional marketing campaigns. Develop process documentation and offer subject matter expertise for assigned marketing platforms, including support for ad hoc requests and platform issue resolution. Ensure the integrity of the marketing database while enabling effective lead capture through the development of forms and landing pages. This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc. Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Marketing or any relevant field. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience with B2B marketing technology, specifically: Marketing Automation Tool (Pardot preferred) Salesforce CRM Effective problem solver Fast learner of new platforms Motivated, disciplined self-starter with excellent communication skills Process oriented with high attention to detail and timelines What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): Master's degree Working experience with: Google Analytics HTML/CSS Familiarity with Account based marketing tools Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Account engagement marketing cloud specialist certification Knowledge of the aviation industry Marketing analytics/reporting experience Project management experience Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) GGN00002078 Show more Show less
