Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Associate at Shiv Mill Stores located in Raipur. The Associate will be responsible for -

1) Fill quotations on time

2) Keeping track of pending payments and following up with customers to complete their payments

3) Checking indiamart and GeM prtal for possible leads and open tendors and following up on the same

4)Checking emails regularly to keep track of important conversations from the customers and updating the required person with the same

5)Weeky report of all pending quotations with reason.

6)Daily report of all completed quotations, follow up on leads, tendors and payments and in coming POs for completed quotations

7) Following up with customers if PO is not received for completed quotations

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and experience with customer interactions
• Knowledge of hardware, welding, and safety products
• Inventory management and order processing skills
• Ability to provide technical support and product information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with inventory management systems
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
