Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Associate based in Raipur. As a Associate, you are expected to look over and complete the following tasks -

• Verify goods with the bill(invoice) during packing
• Dispatch all the orders on time ( No customer should wait)
• Handle all the walk-in customers
• Attend all the calls received on the main landline phone and take orders
• Everyday report of incoming and outgoing cash flow
• Every week report of all pending orders with reason

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Proficient in customer service and handling customer inquiries
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Knowledge of hardware, welding, and safety products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
