Job Title: Associate Procure to Pay (P2P)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate with an accounts background to support our Procure to Pay (P2P) operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, and Excel, and will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment processes, vendor coordination, and cost monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment and Procurement Operations:

• Handle payments from Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to final payment.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payment requests.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Ariba and follow up for Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth procurement flow.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain monthly reports related to cost, provisions, and budget planning.
• Monitor cost escalations and provide insights for budget control.

• Financial, Vendor & Contract Management:

• Handle provisions, cross charges, and cost monitoring.
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Maintain and update cost dashboards for management review.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with vendors, business partners, internal teams, and IT SPOCs for issue resolution and process alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts or P2P operations.
