About the Role:

Semi-qualified and Qualified Chartered Accountants

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute

  internal audit assignments

  across various business processes and industries.
• Evaluate the

  effectiveness of internal controls

  , risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and areas for cost optimization.
  
• Prepare detailed

  audit reports

  highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Assist in developing and improving

  audit methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  .
• Liaise with clients and management teams to ensure timely completion of audits and implementation of recommendations.
  
• Conduct

  data analytics and process walkthroughs

  to assess business performance and risk exposure.
• Stay updated with the latest

  accounting standards, auditing practices, and regulatory requirements

  .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  Internal Audit, Risk Assessment, and Internal Controls

  .
• Knowledge of

  IFRS, IND-AS, and relevant regulatory frameworks

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  ,

  PowerPoint

  , and

  data analytics tools

  (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI preferred).
• Excellent

  communication and report-writing skills

  .
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and time-management

  abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a

  collaborative team environment

Qualifications & Experience:

For Semi-Qualified CA:

• IPCC / Intermediate CA cleared (1 or both groups).
  
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or assurance.
  

For Qualified CA:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 03 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit or Risk Consulting.
  
• Prior experience with consulting firms or corporate internal audit teams is preferred.
