Role: Associate Regional Manager Relevant Experience: 3 - 7 years Location: Bhubaneswar What will you own: As an Associate Regional Manager you would be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of the company’s partner network. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing business strategies to maximize revenue and market reach. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing scalable partner programs, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience to bring with you: • Preferably MBA graduate with a specialization in Sales & Marketing. • Proven experience in channel/franchise/distributor management, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector. • Demonstrated ability to build and manage scalable partner programs. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on performance metrics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills combined with effective relationship management drive successful sales and business development. • Expertise in performance tracking, reporting, and team leadership ensures sustained growth and development. What will you be doing? • Partner Network Development: • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company's market presence. • Develop and implement comprehensive partner management strategies that align with the company's business goals. • Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual growth. • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. • Performance Monitoring: • Track and analyze the performance of partners, providing regular reports on sales, pipeline status, and market conditions. • Develop and implement KPIs to measure the success of channel programs. Promotional Activities: • Plan and execute promotional activities and events, such as seminars, webinars, and training sessions, to engage and support partners. • Sales Targets and Business Development: • Drive business growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel network. • Execute business development activities, including handling leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads. • Ecosystem Development: • Develop and maintain a healthy and sustainable partner ecosystem. • Create a positive impact on the ecosystem, focusing on the target audience, such as learners and working professionals. • Team Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of partners, ensuring they achieve their key deliverables. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Ensure alignment and synergy between internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives Show more Show less
