We are in search of a motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced Tally Faculty member to join our client Emami group and play a key role in shaping the future of aspiring accountants and finance professionals. This position requires someone with a deep understanding of accounting principles, hands-on expertise in TallyPrime, and a strong passion for teaching. The ideal candidate will bring energy and clarity to the learning process, helping students acquire job-ready skills in accounting and financial management. Key Responsibilities: As a Tally Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students through both classroom and online modes. Your primary focus will be to impart practical knowledge and hands-on experience using the TallyPrime software, ensuring students understand its full range of features and applications. You will conduct sessions covering topics such as TallyPrime basics and advanced functionalities, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Payroll Management, and Inventory Control. Lessons should align with the official Tally curriculum and reflect current industry practices. In addition to delivering lessons, you will be expected to develop comprehensive lesson plans, create assignments, and design assessments that accurately measure student understanding and progress. Hands-on training through simulations, business scenarios, and case studies is encouraged to help learners connect theory to real-world applications. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance is crucial. You will also be responsible for collecting and providing feedback to help learners improve, supporting their development throughout the training program. Organizing and conducting certification assessments and job readiness workshops will also fall under your scope of work. Staying current with updates to the TallyPrime software and accounting regulations is essential, as you will be expected to integrate new features and changes into your teaching. Beyond technical instruction, you will serve as a mentor, preparing students for roles such as Accounts Executive, Junior Accountant, and similar positions in the finance domain. Candidate Profile and Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background in commerce. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) is preferred. Proficiency in TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel is a must. Candidates should possess a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience, either in teaching/training or in practical accounting roles in the industry. Excellent communication skills are required, with fluency in English being essential. The ability to communicate effectively in Bengali or other regional languages will be considered an added advantage, especially for local student engagement.
