About the role:

What you will be expected to do:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand Sun King's customer base and solidify its presence.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully mentoring a team of Area Business Managers.
• Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.
• Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending and upselling solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing service, information, and guidance, recommending profit and service improvements.
• Manage the sales process through software programs used in Sun King.

You might be a strong candidate if you have/are:

• A bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA is an added advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in direct to customer (D2C) sales.
• Language proficiency of English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
• Knowledge of solar energy and renewable technologies would be advantage.
• Must be based out of, or willing to relocate to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
