Position Overview

As a Associate Recruiter you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills and a deep understanding of the talent lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in talent acquisition, employee retention programs, and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract diverse talent across multiple disciplines and geographies.
• Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire metrics.
• Build strong employer branding initiatives to position Consultport as a top employer in the industry.

Talent Retention

• Design and implement employee retention strategies that promote job satisfaction, employee engagement, and loyalty.
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, and collaborate with leadership to address areas of improvement.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee well-being and company culture enhancement.

Talent Development

• Develop and manage a robust talent development program, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Design learning and development initiatives to upskill employees at all levels and support career growth.
• Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and personal development within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, including talent acquisition and retention, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, e.g. Startup or recruiting firm
• Excellent interviewing skills, in particular for commercial roles
• Proven record of hiring and building up B2B sales teams (Should be very comfortable with active sourcing and direct outreach)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English
• Able to work on-site 5 days per week in Mumbai office
