Position Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to manage key operational processes within Stader's ecosystem. The ideal candidate will ensure that all decentralized applications (dApps) and systems run smoothly while collaborating closely with stakeholders, including Node Operators, Business, Marketing, and Engineering teams. This role involves conducting research, designing PRDs, regularly tracking key metrics and system performance, executing and launching product features, and providing critical support for scrum processes and data management.

Key Requirements:

1. Market & competitor research

• Analyze user trends, competitor strategies, and ecosystem developments.
• Share insights to guide product and business decisions.

2. Proof of concepts (POCs)

• Drive POCs to validate new features and ideas.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to assess feasibility and impact.

3. Product execution & collaboration

• Create PRD drafts, coordinate feature executions, and support product launches.
• Manage scrum processes and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

4. Operational oversight

• Manage CMS operations and ensure smooth dApp functionality.
• Support Stadernode by resolving operator queries and ensuring timely communication.
• Escalate risks to stakeholders

5. Track DeFi metrics (APR, TVL) and ensure accurate reporting.

• System monitoring & reporting
• Monitor dApp operations and address issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience with product research, drafting first-principle PRDs, and maintaining product documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Good to have: Understanding of Web3, Blockchain, trading platforms, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Good to have: Experience with tools such as Dune, Strapi, Mixpanel, Notion, Figma, Miro, or similar product tools.
