Associate Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Creditas, you will be an integral part of our Product and Solutions Team, responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our innovative financial products. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs. You will lead the research, design, and development of customer Engagement and AI technologies for our Banking and Financial services clients. Your key responsibilities will include driving the implementation and integration of AI capabilities into our product suite, ensuring seamless user experiences and tangible business outcomes. Drawing upon your fintech expertise, you will bring industry insights and domain knowledge into AI solution development and strategy. Conducting thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis will be essential to identify opportunities and gaps in our product offerings. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, and design, you will implement projects effectively. Creating and maintaining product documentation, acting as a product evangelist to communicate capabilities, benefits, and roadmap to clients and stakeholders, and staying updated on trends and emerging technologies will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial technology industry or E-commerce, you should have expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and a strong understanding of product management methodologies, processes, and tools. Your experience in the fintech industry, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, will be valuable assets in this role. Having an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, experience working in agile development environments, a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment are also desired qualities for this position.,
