The Product Management Associate is responsible for supporting the regional product portfolio, including contributing to the development of the product roadmap, assisting in the execution of business strategies, and helping manage product lifecycles. This individual will track financial objectives such as revenue and gross margin targets and support the vision for the regional product portfolio. The PM Associate is a collaborative team player who works closely with cross-functional partners and demonstrates a strong business mindset.

Our Team

The Product Line Management team is an integral part of the Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions business unit. We have ownership of the product portfolios and are responsible for the profit and loss of the business.The PM Associate works closely with the global PLM team and collaborates with teams across product development (Engineering), manufacturing (Operations), and pricing (Sales) to drive regional success.

What You Will Do

  • Support the execution of product roadmaps and assist in the product development lifecycle for your assigned region, continually seeking ways to improve business performance.
  • Help manage assigned product portfolios, contributing to financial planning and supporting profit and loss objectives.
  • Apply business skills to assist with project monitoring, planning, and delivery—helping ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with defined objectives.
  • Assist in resolving business issues, including supporting price negotiations, cost reduction efforts, and addressing quality concerns.
  • Enable sales efforts by supporting training initiatives and developing regional sales collateral.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 1-3 years in product management or a related field within the technology industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to support strategic decisions with sound reasoning.
  • Capable of analyzing regional market and technology trends and interpreting Voice of the Customer feedback.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent relevant experience.
