System Test Supervisor

Your Job Molex is seeking a dynamic System Test Supervisor person to be part of our strong Engineering Team who can lead the system testing team functions in India on their delivery and contribute towards business unit vision. Our Team Connected Mobility Solutions (CMS), a business unit of Molex, develops innovative products and manufacturing processes around automotive in-vehicle networking, infotainment, and lighting segments. You may not see our name on the shelves, but our electronic solutions are inside the products you use every day. From innovative products like high-speed USB and LVDS signaling to mini coax 25Gb+ Ethernet solutions, media modules, Wireless chargers, we design, develop and manufacture products that enable flawless data transfer, electric charging within the next generation of autonomous and connected vehicles. What You Will Do Provide direction and leadership to the local Systems Test Team including people management which also involve appraisal cycles. Ensure successful execution and valuable contributions in the areas of Technical feature ownership during product development System Integration & Test System Qualification Test Connect team members to the organizations culture and vision and help them to prioritize and align their work accordingly. Support personal development of the individual team members to expand and enhance their performance. Optimize resource planning and workload balance in the system test team. Continually review internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Owns and drives processes and strategies in system testing area. Define and own a succession planning for the team. Collaborate with global team and support and take responsibility of system test activities. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication 8+ years of experience, including demonstrated team/project management expertise. Strong People management & mentoring skills End to end understanding of Product life cycle (Resource, demand, project delivery) Strong Analytical and logical reasoning skills Flexibility to adjust to varying demands and changing priorities. Strong Customer focus What Will Put You Ahead Bachelors or master's in engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent. Minimum 8+ years in Automotive or IT Industry with relevant exposure to management At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
