Who We Are Looking For: Molex is seeking a dynamic System Test Supervisor person to be part of our strong Engineering Team who can lead the system testing team functions in India on their delivery and contribute towards business unit vision. Education/Experience: Bachelors or master’s in engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent Minimum 8+ years in Automotive or IT Industry with relevant exposure to management. Responsibilities : Provide direction and leadership to the local Systems Test Team including people management which also involve appraisal cycles. Ensure successful execution and valuable contributions in the areas of Technical feature ownership during product development System Integration & Test System Qualification Test Connect team members to the organizations culture and vision and help them to prioritize and align their work accordingly. Support personal development of the individual team members to expand and enhance their performance. Optimize resource planning and workload balance in the system test team. Continually review internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Owns and drives processes and strategies in system testing area. Define and own a succession planning for the team. Collaborate with global team and support and take responsibility of system test activities. Manage all Software licenses / Hardware / Test equipment and Lab infrastructure required for system testing team. Maintain Dashboards for all the KPIs of system test team performance. What You Will Need: Required : English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication 8+ years of experience, including demonstrated team/project management expertise. Strong People management & mentoring skills End to end understanding of Product life cycle (Resource, demand, project delivery) Strong Analytical and logical reasoning skills Flexibility to adjust to varying demands and changing priorities.
