Hiring

Product Managers

to drive the strategy, design, and execution of product features that impact thousands of users.

Salary

: INR 20,00,000 - 30,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the product roadmap with a focus on user engagement and retention.
Assist in optimizing product features, personalization strategies, and content to improve conversion rates.
Support the development and execution of growth strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, activation, and retention.
Utilize tools like Clevertap, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics to track user behavior and segmentation.
Assist in conducting A/B testing, user research, and feedback collection to optimize product features and experiences.
Monitor key growth metrics (CAC, CLTV, conversion rates, retention) and generate insights for improvement.

Eligibility

2 years of experience in Product Management
Understanding of user acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data insights into actions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
