Associate Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and Prioritize Initiatives: Collaborate with product leadership to formulate and drive a platform strategy and roadmap centered on high-value, data-driven features.
• Full Product Lifecycle Management: Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver products from concept through release, meeting performance, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize KPIs, analytics, and market insights to manage the product backlog and assess trade-offs between features and outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and other teams to synchronize releases and ensure seamless product delivery.
• Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead launch execution, align stakeholders, and ensure successful customer adoption of new features.
• Ownership Mindset: Apply logical reasoning, structured analysis, and customer-first thinking to every product decision.
• Market & Industry Awareness: Stay informed on healthcare IT, AI, and data platform trends to guide strategic options and competitive positioning.
• Continuous Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance platforms, add new capabilities, and consistently elevate customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to platforms, SaaS, or PaaS environments.
• Technical or development background strongly preferred; experience with data platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC; familiarity with JIRA or similar tools desirable.
• Proven ability to interpret data, metrics, and market evidence to drive product directions.
• Industry expertise in healthcare technology or Health IT is a differentiator.
• Adept at collaborating with global cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
