Role Overview

We are seeking an *Associate Product Manager* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and impactful product experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap aligned with business goals.

* Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to drive product decisions.

* Collaborate with tech, design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely product development and launches.

* Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specifications.

* Monitor product performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

* Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.

* Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders across functions.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (D2C/e-commerce background preferred).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or SQL is a plus.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

* Passion for fashion, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
