Required skills:

What Were Looking For:-

0 to 3 years in Product, Business Analyst, or Tech roles (B2C or startup experience is a plus).
A strong analytical mindset with a bias for data-driven decision-making.
Sharp product intuition + passion for building user-first experiences.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and Agile workflows.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.

Bonus points:-

Prior experience in consumer internet or tech-driven platforms.
Proven ability to take ownership and deliver independently in ambiguous/problem-solving situations.
Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand new domains, tools, and technologies.
Exposure to scaling products from early stage (110) is a strong plus.
Hands-on with SQL or comfortable picking it up quickly (must-have).
