Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration & Reporting:
Work with the product development team to track key metrics and report on product performance.
Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze product data (web analytics, statistics, consumer trends) to support data-driven decision-making.
Technical Communication:
Understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical information across cross-functional teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth product execution.
Problem-Solving:
Proactively suggest and implement solutions for complex product issues based on analysis and business impact.
Product Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance existing product features and recommend improvements.
Production Support:
Provide timely support for resolving production issues.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Apply hands-on troubleshooting for product-related technical challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in a similar role; experience in a B2C company is preferred.
Product Insight:
Strong ability to analyze industry trends and recommend product enhancements.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Shell/UNIX commands, MySQL/SQL, and Linux OS.
Incident Management:
Familiarity with incident handling and escalation processes.
Tools:
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
