We are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to support our product team in
delivering innovative solutions and enhancing user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional
teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to help define product strategy and execute
product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Assist the Product Manager in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
ï‚· Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify user needs and product opportunities
ï‚· Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to build and improve product features
ï‚· Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories
ï‚· Help manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
ï‚· Track product performance using analytics tools and propose data-driven improvements
ï‚· Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams for successful product launches.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
 1–3 years of relevant experience in product management or business analysis
ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ï‚· Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.
