In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. Your duties will involve employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee personnel files, updating employee information in the internal system, managing work visas, overseeing employee leave and training records, administering insurance policies, preparing HR reports for management, handling adhoc tasks such as work certificates, and supervising a team of 1-5 individuals. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a strong background in a similar role within the Financial Services sector. Proficiency in legal and statutory requirements related to HR practices is essential. Additionally, expertise in team management, problem-solving, and recruitment is required. The candidate should excel as a team player, adept at managing multiple stakeholders, and possess strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
