Associate Manager

As the Associate Manager Sales Operations, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of scalable sales processes, enhancing team performance through data analytics, and improving lead management strategies. Your role will involve: - Monitoring and driving lead dialing, connectivity, and timely follow-ups - Implementing lead prioritization strategies for improved conversion - Tracking defaulters and establishing data-driven follow-up processes - Managing lead distribution to ensure balanced workload across teams - Analyzing performance data to generate insights and dashboards - Collaborating with Tech, Product, and Marketing teams for process improvements The ideal candidate for this role should have: - At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in EdTech or B2C setups - Hands-on experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and LeadSquared - Proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting and data analytics - Experience in managing teams and working cross-functionally - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills This position requires someone who can ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience across sales funnels.,
