Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional service standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve overall quality of services.

Job Requirements
