Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in aviation training.
• Experience in airline operational environment with appropriate DGCA licensing and documentation.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Oversee the development of training content, instructional methods, and evaluation processes for DGR sessions.
• Coordinate all aspects of DGR training programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage departmental budgets and recommend iterations in line with functional and organizational objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and regular review of DGR training curricula, updating content to reflect regulatory and industry changes.
• Conduct DGR training sessions for flight and technical crew using effective instructional methods and materials.
• Monitor the performance of DGR instructors and provide coaching to enhance instructional skills.
• Ensure all DGR training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of DGR training activities, attendance, and trainee performance.
• Ensure training documentation is organized and accessible for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with other training teams and departments to ensure coordinated safety and compliance training.
• Work with the Simulator Maintenance team to incorporate realistic DGR scenarios into simulator-based training.
• Ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and engaging for trainees.
• Undertake additional responsibilities or projects as assigned, agreed upon with reporting officer and HR.
