As an Associate Manager / Manager in HR Operations at The Hackett Group, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end HR Operations and ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end HR Operations, encompassing employee life cycle management, HRIS administration, and personnel documentation. - Ensuring full compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act. - Professionally handling employee grievance resolution to ensure fairness and alignment with organizational policies. - Collaborating with legal, finance, and other cross-functional teams for audits, compliance, and policy updates. - Driving process automation and operational excellence initiatives within the HR function. - Maintaining and enhancing HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision making. - Mentoring and guiding junior HR team members while providing leadership support to the broader HR function. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in the IT/Consulting/Professional Services industry. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of core HR functions, Indian labor laws, and compliance frameworks. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Have proficiency in HRIS tools such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and MS Office, especially Excel. - Showcase proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail. - Hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
