About the Role :

The Associate Manager – Digital plays a pivotal role within our Performance Marketing team, driving measurable growth for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven marketer with expertise in digital channels, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that achieve key business objectives.

Responsibilities :

1. Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels: paid search, social media, display, email, and 

  app installation campaigns

• Align campaigns with client objectives, ensuring consistent delivery of business results.

2. Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
• Implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI, engagement, installs, and retention.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Derive actionable insights from campaign data and market trends.
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

4. Budget Management

• Assist with campaign budget planning and allocation.
• Monitor spend efficiency and recommend improvements for cost-effectiveness.

5. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with account managers and clients to understand objectives.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and recommendations to maintain strong client relationships.

6. Creative Development Support

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy and creatives tailored to target audiences.
• Ensure all assets follow best practices and brand guidelines.

7. Testing & Innovation

• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies (especially in app growth marketing) to drive innovation in campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in 

  performance marketing

  .
• Demonstrated experience in managing 

  app installation campaigns (Android & iOS)

   with a strong understanding of metrics like CPI, retention, and lifetime value.
• Proficiency in digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Campaigns, TikTok Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
