Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Category Head / Associate Director to lead the CA/CS/CMA category. The ideal candidate will drive category growth through effective P&L management, educator partnerships, learner engagement, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the category while ensuring measurable business impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Tier 1 institute and MBA

3–6 years of experience in Category Management, Business Operations, or P&L Management, preferably in EdTech or Education domains.

Proven expertise in revenue management, strategic planning, and stakeholder leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making ability.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in managing teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
