Associate Director - Sales

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to bridge high-level direction with actionable execution.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director of Sales to implement and monitor sales strategies, targets, and initiatives.Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring KPIs and goals are met.Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to improve performance.Oversee CRM usage and maintain data accuracy and reporting integrity.Participate in key client meetings and assist in closing high-value deals when necessary.Help plan and execute training programs, sales events, and team meetings.Step in for the Director of Sales when needed in internal or external meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹871,347.22 - ₹2,652,769.64 per year
