Role Overview
We are looking for a Associate Director Replenishment to own end-to-end product availability across our B2B quick commerce network. This role will lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, purchase order (PO) creation, and replenishment execution, working closely with Category, Warehousing, and Operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels, high fill rates, and minimal waste.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is data-driven, and has strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own SKU-level demand forecasting across categories using historical data, seasonality, promotions, and business inputs
- Translate demand forecasts into replenishment and inventory plans aligned with service level targets
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy through analysis and feedback loops
- Lead end-to-end replenishment planning across fulfillment centers / dark stores
- Create, review, and release purchase orders in line with lead times, MOQ constraints, and supplier SLAs
- Monitor inbound schedules and proactively mitigate supply risks and delays
- Ensure high on-shelf availability while maintaining optimal inventory turns and minimizing overstock, expiry, and dead stock
- Track and improve KPIs such as fill rate, OOS%, inventory days, forecast accuracy, and write-offs
- Drive root-cause analysis for availability gaps and implement corrective actions
- Partner closely with Category teams to align on assortment changes, new launches, promotions, and pricing impacts
- Work with Warehousing & Operations teams to ensure smooth inbound planning, storage optimization, and execution readiness
- Coordinate with Finance on inventory budgets and working capital efficiency
- Build scalable replenishment processes suitable for rapid network expansion
- Leverage ERP, WMS, and forecasting tools to automate and improve planning workflows
- Support SOP creation, documentation, and training for replenishment operations

- Inventory turns & days of inventory
- Purchase order adherence & inbound SLA
- Expiry, shrinkage, and write-off
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-11 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or supply planning (quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG preferred)
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory management principles
- Hands-on experience with PO creation and supplier coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with ERP and planning tools (SAP, Netsuite, O9, Anaplan, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with frequent changes
