About Role -

Join Emeritus’ Marketing Team as an Associate Director-Performance Marketing. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for a multimillion-dollar portfolio in a highly evolved, data-driven performance marketing environment. This is a leadership role, offering the opportunity to lead strategies, optimize campaigns, and manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver growth and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Management:
    • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic channels.
    • Develop and manage monthly media plans in collaboration with business team to meet business outcome, lead volume, quality, and ROI goals.
    • Ensure all campaigns align with brand standards and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve CAC, conversion rates, and other critical KPIs.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for performance enhancement across SEM, and paid social media channels.
    • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SA360, and Facebook Ads Manager for actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with creative, IT, and sales teams to enhance campaigns and optimize landing pages and user funnels.
    • Work closely with content and creative teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
    • Build relationships across tech, analytics, and product teams to solve challenges and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Create detailed reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to track performance and ensure targets are met.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Build capabilities within the team to drive performance marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and managing high-budget campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, SEO, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in high-growth, data-driven environments is preferred.
