About The Role
Real Estate advisory – Market Research, Feasibility studies, Demand-supply analysis, Highest & Best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts.
- Evaluation of conventional real estate segments - Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Warehouse, and alternate asset classes (Education & Health care).
- Assist in customized financial modelling for the client/ assignments
- Assist in undertaking Workplace Strategy Analysis
- Assist in developing client-based Change Management Strategies
- Evaluating new markets and asset classes for advising clients.
About You
- Qualification – PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics and/or CA/CFA certification; PG degree in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Self-driven, competent individual with ability to learn and implement domain knowledge while executing assignments
- Team player and works with teams across cities for Pan India assignments
- Provide support in preparing proposals and marketing pitch documents for undertaking business development for the city.
- Communication : Good written and verbal communication skills
- Subject Knowledge: Basic comprehension of Real Estate Market Dynamics
- Requires working knowledge of presentation and excel (Power BI and data analytics) skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good logical reasoning & analytical skills
- Experience of execution of assignments end to end with guidance from reporting manager
