Job Title: Assistant Manager - recruitment Non-IT Recruitment (Sales Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across India
Strong focus on
sales hiring
Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & headhunting
Conducting interviews, salary negotiations & onboarding
Maintaining recruitment trackers

Requirements:

Proven experience in
Non-IT & Sales recruitment
Exposure to
mid/senior/leadership hiring
Strong communication
Proficiency in job portals, ATS, MS Excel

Important Notes:

Only candidates with core experience in Sales/Non-Tech hiring will be considered
Minimum
3 years of core experience in Non-IT recruitment
is mandatory.
Candidates from HRBP backgrounds are requested NOT to apply.
Profiles with partial recruitment exposure (e.g., 50% recruitment and 50% operations)
will NOT be considered for this role.
EdTech hiring experience is a plus
Work Mode:
Work from Office only No WFH/Hybrid
Working Days:
6 days/week for 3 months, then 5 days/week

10:00 AM 7:00 PM
