Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets and quotas, and developing pricing strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and develop winning sales tactics. Create sales forecasts to predict future revenue and inform resource allocation decisions. Team Leadership and Management: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. This involves hiring and onboarding new salespeople, providing coaching and mentorship, and fostering a positive and competitive work environment. Set clear performance expectations for the sales team and implement performance management processes. Develop and implement training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Sales Operations and Enablement: Meet the sales target assigned to you and your team Oversee the sales process, ensuring smooth operation and identifying areas for improvement. Implemented and managed CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Develop sales collateral and other sales enablement resources to empower the sales team and improve their effectiveness. Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure deals, foster brand loyalty, and drive repeat business. Oversee account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and referral. Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure success against targets and identify areas for improvement. Generate sales reports and present them to senior management, providing insights and recommendations. Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize sales strategies.
