Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day execution, deadlines, and quality control of creatives, videos, and communication with the design/content/video teams. Own and optimize all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)plan monthly calendars, ensure daily posting, and drive engagement. Manage a team of graphic designers, marketing operations, editors, and content creators supervise their work, provide creative feedback, and ensure timely delivery. Proactively identify ways to grow organic and paid reach across each social platform using content hooks, trending formats, and influencer/partner collaborations. Proofread all creatives, copies, captions, and landing page content for tone, grammar, and brand consistency. Collaborate with sales, CRM, and leadership teams to ensure marketing alignment with business targets and site visit goals. Stay updated with industry trends, real estate buyer behavior, and new digital marketing tools. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders. Ability to manage the team. Proficiency in proofreading, creative feedback, and content planning 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Proven track record of developing successful marketing plans and executing them effectively.
